Exercises:
Myofascial Release Technique (MRT):
Stretches muscles and help alleviate muscle spasm and tightness. This is important in maintaining an optimum muscle function.
Neuro-muscular Reeducation (NMR):
It is an integral part of restoring normal biomechanics to the injured limb. When a part of the body (foot, knee, shoulder…etc.) is injured, there is increased pain perception (Nociception) from that tissue. The body will try to modify joint biomechanics in order to avoid pain. This will negatively impact the normal movements. NMR retrains the injured tissue to regain it is functions.
Therapeutic exercises:
Specific exercises for each part of the body to restore normal biomechanics, strength and flexibility
